We’ve been in our home since January of 2022. We were thankful to be in the first round of homes being built in the Palmetto Farms community. We found it at just the right time and were able to make changes in the upgrades (LVP flooring, single large basin sink, gas range), as we had those in our previous home build. Thus far — we love our home! There is a significant difference in the quality of the building materials compared to our last home and you can tell that VC takes pride in their home builds. Of course we’ve run across some smaller issues, but that’s to be expected with new homes. The same day that we’ve had issues, we’ve had contractors and project managers at our home fixing the issue. We are impressed and have been trying to get all of our friends to be our new neighbors as they continue expanding the neighborhood. We can’t wait for the years and memories to come as we grow our family here.
