We have been in our new home for almost a month now, I watched the construction from start to fabulous finish! Vicars Construction / VC Custom Homes are amazing. I was able to meet Ryan early on in the process, he is truly a wonderful man – family man and business owner. The finishes were pre-planned with the model home we chose, love the details – granite countertops, rounded corners, high ceilings, crown molding, recessed lighting, under the cabinet lighting in the kitchen, and the list goes on. We did up grade the flooring – hardwood throughout, tankless water heater and gas range! Everything came together fabulously! I was so excited when we did the walk through to find that Ryan heard me in our brief conversation, when I said I prefer gray tones over brown! My walls are grayish white and the granite has more gray tones than brown!! It was like I picked it myself.

VC Custom Homes is incredible, if you are looking to buy one of their models or build a custom home the construction is top notch – the sub-contractors do a fantastic job. Geoff, the on-site Forman is absolutely amazing, his eye for detail and knowledge of construction is impressive!

As with any new construction, we have had a few minor issues – a small blemish on the master shower wall, sub contractor came out last week and it is like is was never there – one of our deadbolts did not lock properly, Geoff came over immediately and replaced it with a temporary lock- the sub contractor came out within a few days to replace it. All of this could not be possible without the fabulous, wonderful customer care – Kim and Shannon in the office! I have spoken to Kim several times she is super sweet and helpful! She has gone above and beyond for me, helping me get these minor issues repaired.

Overall, if you want to have a fabulous home building experience VC Custom Homes is it! They are everything you want and they do it with construction knowledge and customer care!
