Although I am in the millennial age group, I feel you need to go above and beyond to obtain a glowing review, which VC does. I am particularly impressed in the craftsmanship and the service post close. For example the Super on site (Jeff) noticed something wrong with one of the new windows after closing that no one noticed and fixed it immediately, no questions asked. As well, they took care of minor items that from past experience, you had to hound GC’s to come back to do. The customer service is personable and especially genuine coming from a woman named Kim in the office; she went above and beyond to rectify an issue that most would pass off and ignore.
